The Southern Artisan Christmas Fête

 The Southern Artisan Christmas Fete is once again locked in for a pre-Christmas shopping extravaganza!  The next event is on Saturday 23rd November 2019 so get a group together for quality artisan shopping from all over the country set in a beautiful garden setting.

The Southern Artisan Christmas Fête is held within the beautiful gardens of The Hideaway 201 - just 5 minutes out of Winton - central to all of Southland and a must-see for garden and shopping enthusiasts. See www.thehideaway201.co.nz
A great atmosphere and a fantastic selection of quality artisan stallholders from all over the South Island make this an outing not to be missed. Shop for gifts and handmade wares that you won't see anywhere else - homewares, Christmas gifts, art & sculpture, garden plants, womens and childrens clothing, jewellery, linen, homewares and outdoor furniture. A perfect start to your Christmas shopping or just to enjoy a day out in the country coupled with hand selected quality gifts, live music, craft-brewed beers, cider and delicious artisan food. Each year new exhibitors are added to the fête so don't miss checking out these fabulous new stallholders!

There are always new exhibitors each year with gorgeous artisan wares  - see the full list of exhibitors on the Stallholders page - the stallholders from 2018 are currently listed and will be updated for 2019 closer to the time.

The Hideaway restaurant & Boardroom will be open on-site in the garden on the day of the fete for lunch, platters & coffee (no bookings sorry).

Live music plays throughout the day so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the atmosphere.  Each year local music is played from the deck of the house in the food area.

The fête will be held regardless of weather. No dogs, BYO or picnics please. 

There will be Eftpos facilities on site but a cheque book and cash is always handy!

The fete will be held on Saturday, 23rd November 2019 from 10am-4pm at The Hideaway 201, just 5 minutes out of Winton and 20 minutes out of Invercargill, off the main Invercargill-Winton highway at Lochiel. Get a group together and don't miss this premier Southland event!
